Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Flat-rate shipping is $5 to the United States and Canada.
- Shipping is free on orders over $50.
- Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
- We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.
- Apparel runs true to size.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To start a return, email josefanolin@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for refund.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or full refund.
- Refund timing after issuance depends on your bank or card provider.

- Products & pricing. We display items and prices as accurately as we can. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may correct errors or cancel affected orders.
- Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel a paid order, you'll be refunded in full.
- Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, logos, and content are the property of Josef Anolin and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Limitation of liability. Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or its products.

- Payments: card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- How we use it: to process and ship orders, send order updates, and answer inquiries. We do not sell your information.
- Service providers: we share data only as needed with Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and shipping carriers.
- Your choices: email us anytime to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
